A Note about Item Delivery: 

  • Items may be mailed or picked up in person at our downtown Milwaukee office. 
    • Our office is located at 788 N. Jefferson St., 6th Floor, Milwaukee, WI 53202.
    • Pick-up may be arranged Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
    • In accordance with City of Milwaukee requirements, a mask is required to enter the building. 
  • Contactless pick-up is available by request. 
  • There is no cost for mailing gift cards, but standard USPS postal rates will be charged for shipping larger items.
  • Big Brothers Big Sisters will contact winning bidders to discuss your preference for pick-up or shipping.
