Badger CrossFit 1169 N. 62nd St. Wauwatosa 53213aturday, May 2BBBS is partnering with Badger CrossFit to host both a girls’ and guys’ workout class for Bigs and Littles. Let's get active and learn some fun ways to workout with and without any equipment! From warmup to strength, cardio, and cool down, this is a great way to learn more about fitness and ways to move your body. All skill levels are welcome and snacks and water will be provided. There is a waiver required for both Bigs and Littles to complete with parent/guardian permission. Click here to access the waiver. This event is for Littles 10 and older.

Join Big Brothers Big Sisters and MKE Urban Stables for a unique evening of equine-assisted learning and creative expression. Bigs and Littles will learn about horses as herd and prey animals, meet Milwaukee Mounted Patrol officers and their equine partners, and participate in guided grooming and leading activities with therapy horses. The experience concludes with a collaborative watercolor flower art project led by art therapist Lia Walz, inspired by nature and created in the presence of the horses. Dinner provided. This event is for Littles of all ages.

Spend the evening being creative and creating a mosaic for a gift for a loved one! This is a great way to plan Mother’s and Father’s Day, birthdays, or just because. Dinner provided. First & Bowl 2969 N. 114th St. Wauwatosa 53222Celebrate your match anniversary with BBBS! The night will include a pizza dinner, BBBS activities, then enjoy free play exploring everything First & Bowl has to offer, including Football Bowling, Basketball Connect 4, Pickleball, and more. There will also be giveaways for matches celebrating anniversaries in April, May, and June. Fun for all ages.

BBBS invites matches to a special opportunity to learn from professional photographer and former Big Brother Seth Franklin for a morning of photography exploration! Matches will rotate stations to learn about lighting, lenses, types of photographs, and see what it is like to be behind and in front of the camera. Matches will have the opportunity to receive professional head shots and match photos. Light breakfast provided. This event is for Littles ages 12 and older.

Feeling crafty? Join us in visiting the Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) and create art projects to benefit the animals awaiting adoption! You'll also have the opportunity to visit Adoption Avenue and meet some adorable animals. Dinner provided. Get ready to laugh, connect, and discover the power of kindness in yourself, in each other, and in the world around you! Find Kindness is a fun, interactive improv workshop designed especially for Bigs and Littles to experience together. Through playful improv games, you'll explore what it means to be kind to yourself, kind to others, and how to recognize kindness when it shows up in your life. No experience needed, just a willingness to play! Following the activities, we will have a short feedback conversation. Because Find Kindness is a program actively being developed, your voices matter. We genuinely want to hear what landed, what made you think, and what made you smile. Dinner provided. This event is for Littles ages 11 and older.

Come join us at the Urban Ecology Center for a survival adventure in the outdoors at Riverside Park! Matches will learn wilderness skills such as fire building skills, shelter building, and a survival scenario challenge. The night will wrap up around a bonfire, but you’ll have to earn your s’mores! Dinner provided. This event is for Littles of all ages.

Join BBBS for a refreshing experience focused on fresh air, movement, and connection. We’ll meet with the police and their horses, then enjoy hands-on activities to explore how horses naturally stay balanced and grounded. You’ll learn simple, practical techniques you can take home and use every day. If the weather allows, we’ll head outside to practice movements alongside the police horses for a truly memorable experience. Dinner provided. This event is for Littles of all ages. There is a waiver for Bigs & Littles that will need to be signed.

Join BBBS and Muskies Inc. for our annual fishing day! Fishing is a lifetime sport that anyone can do. Matches will cruise on pontoon boats while fishing experts teach you how to hook a worm and cast a rod. You will be sure to catch some fish! Please bring your rods and tackle box if you have them (equipment will also be available to borrow free of charge). Cookout, raffle, and prizes to follow. This event is for all ages. Please note: adults and youth ages 16 and older must have a fishing license to participate.

Whether you’re new or have some experience, you’ll learn the basics through hands-on drills while building confidence, resilience, and life skills. All skill levels are welcome, and every match gets a free round of golf at Noyes Park.

Make a splash this summer with an exciting hands-on workshop at Mckinley Beach! Matches will spend time exploring the waterfront through an enlarging Beach Ambassador workshop, followed by an opportunity to get out on the water and experience sailing. The small-group experience offers a perfect mix of learning, teamwork, and outdoor fun in a supportive setting. Whether you’re discovering something new or just enjoying time by the lake, this event is a great way to connect, build confidence, and make lasting summer memories together. This event is for Littles ages 10 and older. There will be a waiver for both Bigs and Littles to complete prior to the program. Dinner provided.

BBBS is looking for matches to hit the court and show guests what BBBS connections look like in action at our Paddles for Potential Pickleball fundraiser! Enjoy a fund round of pickleball together against other matches. No experience needed and all equipment is provided. This event is open to Littles ages 10 and up. Refreshments will be provided, along with giveaways and prizes for all participants!
